These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Blueline Handyman Services of Florida website and to service requests submitted through the website, by phone, text, or email. By using the website or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.
Estimates and Scheduling
Website content, phone discussions, text messages, and initial ballpark pricing are for general planning only. Final scope, schedule, and pricing are confirmed after Blueline Handyman has enough information to evaluate the requested work. Appointments may be rescheduled when weather, safety, material availability, or prior job conditions require it.
Service Scope
Blueline Handyman provides handyman repair, maintenance, and installation services within the appropriate handyman scope. Work that requires a specialty license, permit, engineering review, or another licensed trade may be declined or referred to a properly licensed contractor.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project details and contact information.
- Ensuring safe access to the work area.
- Disclosing known hazards, damage, leaks, pests, or unsafe conditions.
- Securing pets, valuables, and fragile items before work begins.
- Confirming that requested work is allowed by any HOA, landlord, or property rules that apply.
Payments
Payment terms will be stated on the estimate, invoice, or written communication for the job. Unless another arrangement is made in writing, payment is due when work is completed. Materials, deposits, or trip charges may be required for some projects.
Materials and Existing Conditions
Some issues cannot be fully evaluated until work begins. If hidden damage, unsafe conditions, unavailable materials, code concerns, or work outside the agreed scope is discovered, Blueline Handyman may pause work and discuss revised options before continuing.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit false or unlawful information, or use the contact form for spam, solicitation, or abusive messages.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blueline Handyman is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to website use or service communications. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
