Getting ready to list, preparing for closing or settling into a new home? Blueline helps homeowners and Realtors turn a scattered repair list into a clear plan, with the priorities, access and target dates discussed up front.
Small cosmetic details can pull attention away from a home’s best features. Walk through the rooms, make a list and send photos. We’ll discuss the repairs that fit the available time and budget before the photographer or first showing.

What to send for an estimate.
Send the repair list, property location, photos and your listing, moving or closing date. Include access arrangements and identify who will approve the quote. Please send only the relevant repair items from any inspection report.
Include your location and preferred timing. We’ll ask about anything else needed to put together a clear quote.
Can you complete everything on an inspection report?
Not every inspection item belongs in a handyman scope. Send the list for review. Electrical, plumbing, structural or other specialist work may need a properly licensed contractor, and we’ll say so before agreeing to the project.
Can you work to a listing or closing date?
Include the date in your first message. We’ll confirm availability and a realistic scope before scheduling. Sending the list early gives us more time to plan materials and coordinate access.
Do you handle small move-in lists too?
Yes. A few installations and minor repairs can be planned together. Share the complete list, including any products you have purchased, so the estimate covers the work you want done.
